Shipping Info
All of my products come packaged in recycled and handmade giftwrap, ready for gift-giving.
Orders are shipped by First Class Standard Delivery within the UK (£1.50), and First Class Air Mail everywhere else (£2.50 EU, £3.50 everywhere else). If you would like your order to be sent using Special Delivery etc. please contact me BEFORE placing your order, so that I can quote you a revised shipping price.
Returns
I will only accept returns if one of my products is faulty. If this happens, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know about the situation. You will be responsible for returning the item to me. I will then either be able to make you a replacement, or issue you with a refund.
